Pro License
The Pro License page is the control centre for your entitlement. It's where you activate Pro on this machine, refresh state from the server, move your licence to another machine, recover a lost key, and report a licence problem.


Activate
- Open Pro License.
- Paste your Pro licence key.
- Select Activate.
On success the app clears the typed key and stores a signed local entitlement. That entitlement is what unlocks Cockpit Web, Voice Tune, Profile History, and your beta links. Each licence allows a limited number of active machines; deactivate one before you exceed it.
Refresh
Refresh asks the licence service for the current authoritative state of your entitlement. Use it after:
- A new licence or an activation change.
- A support-assisted licence update.
- The machine has been offline and is back online.
- A Pro page stays locked when you expect it to be unlocked.
If the server reports the licence as inactive, revoked, suspended, or reset, Pro features lock immediately. If the network is temporarily unavailable, the app keeps working on your valid signed local entitlement until its offline grace period expires.
A successful refresh extends how long Pro keeps working without a connection. You can fly offline for an extended period; when the grace window lapses, Pro asks you to refresh online once to re-confirm the licence.
Deactivate
Deactivate removes this machine's activation and frees that slot on the licence service. Do this before moving Pro to another machine, rebuilding Windows, or retiring a device. After deactivation, Pro pages lock until a valid activation is present again.
Recovery
Lost your key? The recovery form takes your purchase email address and asks the website to send your licence information. Use it when you have access to the purchase inbox but can't find the original key.
Entitlement details
The page shows support-friendly metadata so you and support can identify your activation without ever sharing the full key:
- Licence status.
- Key suffix (last characters only).
- Licence ID and activation ID (suffixes only).
- Signing key ID.
- Last refresh time.
- Offline grace state.
Report a licence issue
Report issue prepares a Pro licence beta report and builds a fresh diagnostics support bundle. The report is built to leave out sensitive secrets — it never includes raw activation tokens, raw install IDs, raw licence keys, or full unsanitised licence IDs. If the upload fails, the app copies the safe report text and opens the feedback form so you can submit it manually.
Support never needs your full licence key, raw activation token, or install ID. The suffixes shown on this page plus a Report issue bundle are enough to identify and fix an activation.


If a Pro page is locked
- Open Pro License and check the status banner.
- Select Refresh.
- Confirm the machine is online if the local entitlement has expired or been reset.
- Use Report issue if the licence should be active but isn't.
