Help page
The in-app Help page is the quick reference built into FFB-Bridge. It is not a second manual; it is the page to open when you want a compact get-flying checklist, current setup status, the recommended tuning order, or the fastest path to a useful feedback report.
What it is for
- Current setup. Device, sim, profile, mode, and armed state are summarised so you can see what the app believes before you start troubleshooting.
- Get flying. A short ordered checklist for the normal path: connect the stick, launch the sim, choose or create a profile, then arm only when the desk is clear.
- Tune in order. A condensed version of the tuning guide, starting with the starter profile and polarity, then spring, axis load, ground effects, buffets, one-shots, and powerplant.
- Support evidence. Direct pointers to Diagnostics support-bundle export and the feedback form, so bug reports carry logs, Doctor output, and profile state instead of guesswork.
- Common fixes. The most frequent "stick does not move", "sim not detected", "forces feel wrong", and "crash" routes, each pointing to the page that can fix or collect evidence.
Welcome tour replay
If you skipped the first-run welcome tour or want to show it to a tester, Help has the replay action. It does not reset preferences, reinstall anything, or change profiles; it simply opens the same orientation flow again.
When to leave Help
Help deliberately points you to the page that owns each workflow: Dashboard for live force visibility, Tuning for slider changes, Profiles for profile management, Doctor for device and sim checks, and Support bundles for reports.
