Ground feel settings: rumble, shimmy, brakes, reversers

Current builds have more ground cues than the early beta did: runway/taxi rumble, nosewheel shimmy, braking/reverser cues, ground-acceleration pitch cues, and undercarriage-scaled rumble.

This thread is for finding sane defaults by aircraft class. If something is too sharp or too subtle, include the aircraft, surface, phase of ground roll, and the effect/settings you changed.
