After reading recent MOZA Discord posts concerning units arriving with broken parts, missing components, equipment developing rattling and other noises, and challenging Customer Support issues I feel compelled to ask for the Community's feedback on the overall situation. I am very near being ready to order an AY210 Yoke Bundle (comes with the MFY) and have become a bit apprehensive about doing so with these kinds of issues being raised. Looking forward to your comments.

I can just speak for my own AY210 that has been just fine. It was delivered in ~8 days and has been great since. No issues and I really do test it a lot everyday as I develop FFB-Bridge.

My opinion is that you shouldn’t over index on a few disgruntled people.. at the end of the day Moza is a large established company with good products. I’m sure they have issues like every other company, but I don’t it’s true that everyone who buys an AY210 is having issues.

All the above is my personal opinion based on my experience with one AY210.

Thanks for your reply here and your earlier message. Concur with you on this...over the years I (and likely you and others) have ben through some number of disappointments after reading a few folks highlighting their findings of broken and inoperable components. Just doing one last pass of "research" to calm my senses.

I appreciate your input. Thank you.

I can't speak to the quality or durability of the AY210 or MFY yoke specifically as I don't own one yet but I can say that I've been very happy with the build quality and functionality of my AB9 base and MH16 stick. Based on my experiences with these Moza products, I am very seriously considering ordering either the AY210 or the AY90 in the very near future once I get a more dedicated cockpit set up.

Thank you! Also very much appreciated. I'm feeling a lot more confident in making this investment after reading these posts.

BTW, if you haven't pulled the trigger on the AY210 + MFY bundle yet, you can actually save yourself a small bit of money by ordering them as separate items. At least here in Canada, pricing for the bundle is CDN$1198. After taxes (here in Ontario at least), total order comes to $1353.74 (free shipping)

But if you put the AY210 (CDN$969) and the MFY Yoke (CDN$189) in your cart separately, you'll only pay CDN$1158 + taxes (total of $1308.54). I expect a similar deal is to be had on the US side as well.
