Hangar talk for the Boeing 737-800.

How does the real one feel, and how close does the built-in profile get? Compare cockpit time, tuning tweaks, and community profiles here.

Love this initiative, let's hope we can get some real 737-800 drivers in here and try FF-Bridge out and share their expertise and experience from the real thing!

That's great to hear!

I just asked Sam (flightdeck2sim on YouTube) to check out your software. He quite recently started using a Moza AY90 yoke and seems to like it quite a lot. He already made a profile for Moza Cockpit for the AY90 over here -> https://flightsim.to/addon/115581/moza-ay90-b737-profile-by-flightdeck2sim and I shared some tips with him from the profile I made for the AY210 model over here -> https://flightsim.to/addon/115706/moza-ay210-pmdg-737-800-realistic-force-feedback-preset-msfs-2024

I think the more help and feedback received, the better the profile will be.

Just made a quick test myself and overall, I like the 737-800 profile which is already included with FFB-Bridge. How it reacts to speed like in the real aircraft is great rather than a static force. As well as how trim won't affect the yoke. As per the real aircraft.

What I'm not fully convinced about is the degree of vibrations/rattling during taxiing and during the takeoff roll/right after touchdown. Felt like maybe those effect are a bit exaggerated.

Also not sure about the effects from flaps and gear in motion and how that actually feels in the real aircraft. I doubt you will feel it like vibrations in the control column. Probably more how the yoke wants to pitch up when extending flaps for example due to the change in lift caused by the change in airflow.

Just learning about FFB-Bridge, I'm still to figure out the main benefits using it over Moza Cockpit but I do like the UI and another thing I think I noticed was how the performance footprint in MSFS 2024 seemed to be smaller vs using Moza Cockpit. Need to do some more testing before I can say for sure though. Could have been just a random thing since the performance is MSFS 2024 isn't always the same. Even when you're using the same hardware and settings.

Very excited to have found your software and equally much looking forward to see how it will continue to evolve and hopefully be able to offer the most realistic 737-800 experience you can have using a Moza yoke.

One thing I wanted to ask you about is why I keep having this message pop up, anything I missed that I need to configure somewhere?

I've restarted MSFS 2024 many times since I installed FFB-Bridge.

In reply to FFB-Bridge's post

Will check out that video and also use the report an issue button.

Didn't want to do that before I asked about it in here, thinking it might be an already known issue or something I did wrong on my side.
