Notes from FFB-Bridge
Source-informed starting point for the MSFS 2024 Super Hornet. A fixed synthetic spring and narrow centre support precise carrier-approach corrections; aerodynamic and G-load centring are intentionally suppressed for the fly-by-wire controls. Carrier touchdown, gear, speedbrake, transonic, and high-angle airframe cues are emphasized. The shared V2 format has no dedicated tail-buffet frequency control, so stall-warning buffet is used as a conservative high-angle proxy. Tuned for the Microsoft SideWinder FFB2; lower Master Gain first if the cues feel too strong.
