Highlights are:

Now on three operating systems. A signed, notarized build ships for macOS on Apple Silicon, alongside Windows and Linux. The Mac build pairs with the SideWinder Force Feedback 2 on X-Plane 12 today; Windows and Linux stay the broad-coverage platforms. Surprise!

Three simulators. MSFS 2024, MSFS 2020, and X-Plane 11/12 are all supported and auto-detected at startup.

A community — and a Profile Library. Browse and download community tuning profiles, no account needed, at https://ffb-bridge.com/profiles . Made one you love? The Profiles page has a new Share action that hands it to the library with the form pre-filled — you sign in only at the moment you publish, and nothing is ever uploaded silently. There's a forum too, at https://ffb-bridge.com/community . This was MUCH requested and I hope you enjoy it. Privacy-first, by design.

Feel that matches the airframe. A new per-aircraft feel selector — Manual, Hydraulic-boosted, or Fly-by-wire — reshapes how the stick loads. Cable-driven trainers load and stiffen as before; boosted aircraft gentle the aerodynamic feel; a fly-by-wire sidestick stays spring-centred.

New things to feel. A stall stick-shaker gated on the sim's own stall warning, nosewheel shimmy on the ground roll, a ground-acceleration pitch cue on the takeoff and braking run, and per-aircraft undercarriage scaling for wheels, skis, or floats.

Drive more sticks. Beyond the four validated joysticks, you can now opt an eligible force-feedback stick in with safe defaults and a live invert/axis-swap calibration (experimental), and a new picker chooses between multiple attached sticks.

Trim is nu één schakelaar. A single Enable trim toggle replaces the old overlapping controls — on eases the held force and shifts where the stick settles, off genuinely turns trim off.

A high-contrast mode. Settings, General, Visual contrast adds an app-wide high-contrast theme tuned against WCAG 2 guidance. It changes appearance only — never force output.

Optional auto-arm. Settings, Session can arm when a supported stick and a live sim are both ready, and disarm when the sim exits. Off by default.

Updating from RC2 (or any beta/RC)? 1.1.1 is your update, and the current stable build for everyone — the release-candidate track is now closed. Grab your platform below and install over your existing version; your saved profiles and settings carry across.

Thank you to everyone who flew the betas and the RC builds and sent feedback — this release is built on it.

What's next: FFB-Bridge Pro. With features that have never been done before. But that's for another day.

Today, I hope you enjoy the free FFB-Bridge and it gives you much enjoyment.
