Turbulence causing rapid pausing/unpausing

When the bridge is detecting turbulence, something is causing a quick pause takes place (and is also recorded by ACARS software) i have a quick video - but don't see a way to post it here.

When I turn the bridge completely off and fly off of the Moza profile - the turbulence is still there, but no pausing.

The biggest problem is that this rapid pausing/unpausing produces the same effect as very low frame rates.

MSFS2024 turbulence settings are at low

Interesting. Is this with the AB6, AB9, or Ay210? Could you submit a full support bundle as well, after you've seen this?

1. Run your flight as you do, in turbulence. Reproduce the issue

2. Without exiting FFB-Bridge, generate a support bundle (Support - Diagnostics). This will save the full log of what the program is doing.

3. Send me that zip file.

I'll see what's up, and thanks for reporting this.

Just just ran a different test and it appears to not have anything to do with FFB-Bridge. Sorry for the bother - I should have checked more thoroughly first.

Still not sure what it is, but it is happening no matter the FFB software - or even with it running or not MOZA or FFB do not seem to be part of it.

How odd. Maybe it's a community addon interfering somehow? Installed anything new lately?

Regardless, if you see this happen again with FFB-Bridge running, just send over the logs and we can totally eliminate the possibility that it's connected.

Still in flight, navigated to Support look at the log and FFB-Bridge becomes unresponsive. I can see the simconnect pauses quickly scrolling by - but if I click anywhere, the window dims. Is this normal? Perhaps I need to wait until on the ground to click on the support tab?

Yeah, just run the flight, and then do the support bundle. If you're mid-flight, it won't catch the full startup-run-shutdown cycle (of the app, not the plane).
