I would like a panel that shows live forces on the yoke and what is contributing to that force vector in both pitch and roll (elevators, ailerons). For example wind over the elevator from the prop on startup, airspeed forces, etc. what static friction is there, etc. When I pitch or roll I want to see the what is resisting and the curves in action. To me this is a much more intuitive visualization.
Also it would also be nice to show how the control surfaces are modeled - pure hydraulic, cables and springs, rods, etc. That would also impact the response curve. The weight of turning a 737 should be felt, similarlly the inertia of a 172 when you make that initial input, it doesn't fight, but there is definitely weight there and then the plane moves.
